WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING?

Since product and service availability varies by location, we recommend contacting the store nearest you.


WHAT ARE THE BUILDERS FIRSTSOURCE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS?

We are available via phone at 844-487-8625 & chat (click on the “Chat with an Expert” button at the bottom of the window) Monday – Friday from 7:00am until 7:00pm EST.


DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No, you don’t need an account to make a purchase.


WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A BFS ACCOUNT?

A BFS account will allow you to make purchases more easily with your sales rep. You will also be able to take advantage of the myBLDR.com customer portal, where you will be able to track your orders and manage your account.


HOW DO I OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT?

To open a new account, please visit a sales representative or credit account manager at your nearest location. You cannot open an account online at this time.


HOW DO I REGISTER MY ACCOUNT ON myBLDR?

You can register your account on myBLDR here.

Please note that in order to register you will need one of your invoices that is dated within the last 6 months. If you do not have an invoice or you continue to experience difficulty logging in please reach out to our Customer Technical Support team by calling 888-444-8399.


WHAT IS BFS RETURN POLICY?

Please contact your local store or sales representative for return options for your order. We do not allow returns on custom orders.


DOES BFS PRICE MATCH?

Pricing is done by our local store managers or sales representatives. You are welcome to bring a competitor’s quote into a local store to determine what options might be available.


I WOULD LIKE TO PLACE AN ORDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?

You can request a quote by filling out our online form. You can also contact a sales representative at your local store. Find all of our locations and contact information on our store locator.


WHO DO I CONTACT FOR HELP WITH MY EXISTING ORDER?

Please contact your sales representative for assistance with your existing order. If you do not have an assigned sales representative, please contact the location where the purchase was made.


WHERE CAN I FIND PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION?

Please contact your local store for specific product warranty information. If you know the manufacturer, you may also visit their website directly.


HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM?

To submit a warranty claim, please fill out our Contact Us form and select “Warranty“ for your answer to the “How may we help you?“ question. In the “Message” field, please include your preferred method of communication, complete job address, builder name, subdivision name if applicable, and a detailed description of the issue. You may also upload any files or pictures to support your claim. Please note that you must be the original homeowner for warranty to be valid since warranties are non-transferable.


HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT ON MY ACCOUNT AND WHAT ARE THE METHODS?

You can pay your invoice online at myBLDR if you’ve registered your account there. You can register your account if you haven’t already done so. You can also make a payment at your local store. Our customer service team is not able to receive payments over the phone at this time.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR A JOB OR FOLLOW UP ON A JOB APPLICATION I'VE SUBMITTED?
